Glass Coat Lacquer - 2K glass coat is PU based lacquer for glass/metal plated substrate in transparent, frost and solid colour for application on handicraft items, fancy lights, perfumery etc. This product air drying in nature and can be forced dried at 80 deg/30min. 1K glass coat is a hybrid chemistry, single components product available in transparent, frost and solid colours, mostly for industrial applications. This is specially recommended for liquor and perfume bottles.
Catalyzed Lacquer - This product is hybrid chemistry 2K system and need baking @120deg/30mins to get best performance. Application areas are door handles, belt buckles, plated handicrafts items and polished metal components. It can be applied by electrostatic spray. This product has excellent abrasion resistance. Finishes available in transparent, frost and solid colours.
HPC Clear Lacquer - This is epoxy based 2 k clear lacquer, air drying in nature. It has good adhesion on direct metal, plated items and glass substrates. Application possibilities on glass beads, iron structure, fancy light for interior purpose only. KB solvent dyes can be mixed to get desired colour and effects.
AD Clear Lacquer - This is TPA based air drying lacquer which is fast drying in nature. This product is recommended for polished/electroplated substrates for protection or anti-tarnish purpose. TPA clear can be mixed with solvent dyes to set transparent colours. Dipping application is possible.
