In-Mould Coating

In Mould Coating (IMC) is a particular kind of varnish which is directly sprayed into the mould, right after the application of the release agent and before the PU injection or pouring.

By reacting simultaneously with the PU during its foaming, in-mould coating's resistance to abrasion and adhesion is much stronger than the common varnishes for PU.

Our In-Mould Coatings (IMC) formulations are sturdy and durable.
